Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to access to and use of Vaulte and related websites, applications, documentation, communications, and services provided by Ensii, LLC ("Ensii," "we," "us," or "our").
This Policy is incorporated into the Vaulte Terms of Service.
You may not use Vaulte to engage in, support, facilitate, or promote prohibited conduct.
1. Illegal activity
You may not use Vaulte to violate any law, regulation, court order, government order, or legal obligation.
You may not use Vaulte to facilitate unlawful services, unlawful transactions, fraud, evasion, deceptive practices, or illegal business activity.
2. Misrepresentation
You may not misrepresent your identity, authority, business, location, services, prices, certifications, licenses, credentials, relationship with another user, or relationship with Ensii or Vaulte.
You may not impersonate another person or organization.
3. Fraud and deceptive conduct
You may not use Vaulte to commit, facilitate, or conceal fraud.
This includes false listings, fake customer records, fake transaction records, fake certifications, fake professional profiles, fake organization profiles, false service descriptions, misleading prices, payment fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, identity deception, and unauthorized use of another person's payment method or account.
4. Payment misuse
You may not use Vaulte payment features for illegal transactions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraudulent charges, unauthorized charges, cash advances, circumventing Stripe rules, circumventing card-network rules, selling goods or services prohibited by Stripe or applicable law, or processing transactions unrelated to legitimate customer purchases.
You are responsible for complying with Stripe's terms, payment-network rules, and applicable payment laws.
5. Harmful, abusive, or exploitative conduct
You may not use Vaulte to harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, defame, intimidate, stalk, spam, deceive, or harm another person.
You may not publish or send content that is hateful, violent, exploitative, sexually abusive, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
6. Discrimination
You may not use Vaulte to unlawfully discriminate against customers, clients, professionals, workers, contractors, renters, employees, organizations, or other users.
This includes unlawful discrimination based on protected characteristics such as race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
7. Sensitive information misuse
You may not upload, collect, store, or process information through Vaulte that the platform is not designed to support.
Unless Ensii expressly agrees in writing, you may not use Vaulte to collect or store protected health information, medical records, health-related notes, biometric data, personal government IDs, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or highly sensitive personal information unrelated to your lawful use of Vaulte.
Professional certifications and business identification numbers may be submitted only where relevant to supported workflows.
8. Security interference
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Vaulte without authorization, bypass access controls, interfere with authentication systems, circumvent role or permission restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, use another person's account without permission, upload malware, introduce harmful code, interfere with service availability, overload infrastructure, attempt to extract secrets, credentials, tokens, keys, or private data, or reverse engineer Vaulte except where law expressly allows it.
9. Data scraping and unauthorized extraction
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, export, copy, or extract data from Vaulte except through product functionality made available for that purpose.
You may not use Vaulte to build, train, benchmark, or support a competing product through unauthorized copying, scraping, or extraction.
You may not harvest user contact information for spam, solicitation, resale, or unauthorized marketing.
10. Marketplace, network, and listing abuse
You may not misuse marketplace, professional-network, profile, listing, interest, message, or affiliation features.
Prohibited conduct includes fake listings, misleading availability, misleading location claims, misleading service claims, misleading professional qualifications, spam outreach, harassing messages, circumventing platform workflows, scraping profiles, sending deceptive affiliation requests, posting discriminatory opportunities, publishing content that infringes another person's rights, or using discovery tools for unrelated solicitation.
11. Customer and client record misuse
You may not use customer or client records in Vaulte unlawfully.
You are responsible for having the right to enter customer or client information, providing required notices, obtaining required permissions, using customer or client information only for lawful business purposes, avoiding unnecessary sensitive information, and responding to customer or client requests where you control the record.
You may not use customer or client records for unauthorized marketing, sale, disclosure, harassment, discrimination, or unrelated business purposes.
12. Intellectual property violations
You may not upload, publish, sell, distribute, or use content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other rights.
You may not use Ensii or Vaulte branding, logos, marks, product names, or content without authorization.
13. Regulated or unsupported use
You may not use Vaulte for regulated activities that require compliance support Ensii has not agreed to provide.
This includes using Vaulte as a system of record for protected health information, medical records, banking services, insurance services, legal services, investment advice, gambling, controlled substances, weapons sales, adult sexual services, or other regulated activities unless Ensii expressly agrees in writing and the use is lawful.
14. Platform integrity
You may not interfere with the integrity, accuracy, or reliability of Vaulte.
You may not knowingly enter false operational records, false payment records, false inventory records, false customer records, false appointment records, or false business information.
You may not manipulate workflows to create inaccurate records, evade fees, hide disputes, bypass restrictions, or mislead other users.
15. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, block transactions, disable listings, preserve evidence, notify affected users, or report activity to service providers, payment processors, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.
We may consider context, severity, repeated conduct, risk to users, legal exposure, platform integrity, payment risk, and security risk when deciding how to enforce this Policy.
